Master Rey - Differences on how it works/powers on/operates

As you rotate the ring to the left this is the power button on this saber. In the owner's manual it talks about Xenopixel sabers, and also flashes. On Master Rey's saber there's no LED indicator so instead you'll count seconds. With this change the owners manual should make a lot more sense.
