XENOPIXEL: The saber is on but I don't hear anything

The saber could be on mute.

Hold the button down for 1 second or 1 flash and release.

If you don't hear any prompts when you plug the saber in and the red light comes on does it say charging? If not, please send a short video showing plugging the saber in and the red light coming on to support@seansolosabers.com.
